Refund policy

Returns:

Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was received within 14 days of receiving delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return unless arrived damaged. Damaged items will be replaced if possible and at no extra cost to the customer. Otherwise refunded if not replaceable. 

Refunds:

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days of receipt and inspection of item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not received a refund within 5 business days please contact your bank or credit card company. If you do not see a refund within 10 business days please contact us.

Sale items:

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return or refund unless arrived damaged. Damaged items will be replaced if possible and at no extra cost to the customer. Otherwise refunded if not replaceable. If you purchase an item prior to a sale, the item is not valid for reimbursement or additional discount after purchase. Sales items are final sale. Discount codes do not apply to sale items. Discount codes only valid on regular priced items.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are valid for damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email to julie@juliemiles.com.

Items are shipped Priority Flat Rate through the United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be sent to you upon order fulfillment. Orders over $500 may require a signature confirmation. If you require a different shipping method please contact us.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Some orders are made to order and will take up to two weeks to create.
